Each LAN Survey database instance requires a seperate license. The number of computers you may register depends on the version you purchase. For all versions, the number of users you may register in a database instance is unlimited. The software is multi-user and the maximum number of concurrent database users is unlimited.

The first year you pay the software license and a maintenance/usage license fee. The following years you only need to pay the maintenance/usage license fee. Each year your license will be automatically renewed for a period of 1 year, unless you send a written notification to CFH Software at least 2 months before expiration of the current license.

The maintenance/usage fee is not optional : your software will ceise to function just like the demo version unless you install the yearly license update. The maintenance usage fee entitles you to update or upgrade LAN Survey whenever you want without any additional costs.
